Isosceles Trapezoids with Cor-Ten base, 2022

The two moving elements of this latest kinetic sculpture are stainless steel and the base is in rich Cor-Ten steel. The off-set base presents opportunities for very interesting negative space as the moving elements come near. The maximum height is 9 1/2 feet and the motion is descending, keeping at a fairly narrow 6 foot maximum width, making it ideal for smaller garden spaces.
