This kinetic sculpture by Seattle sculptor Troy Pillow in stainless steel swings with the wind to a maximum depth of 76". The large cylinders go through the asymmetric circular opening in the static riser to create a sense of thrill. The base is 24" square plus the anchoring tabs.
