"Memory of Rain" was the impetus for Johnson's new series Rain Collection. The large and luscious pregnant raindrops are surrounded by a curtain of rough, carved texture evoking a torrential rain that can almost be heard as the sculpture stands quietly on a rectangular basalt base.
