This abstract sculpture was created in a desire to make a physical expression of a musical feeling. A cascading run of forms resists gravity without the physical engineering being apparent. The sculpture steps off of an implied base with a delicate little foot, and it rolls back as if the figure itself is leaning back with a lack of self consciousness that is like that of a musician lost in spontaneous expression.
