Jeffery Laudenslager, whose work is inspired by George Rickey’s masterful use of balance and interest in nearly colliding elements, presents delicate but powerful compositions that literally dance in the wind. His use of extremely light-weight and resilient titanium helps achieve mobility in the slightest breeze and creates completely unexpected motion.

The title, "Knapp," meaning "concise, or close fitting" in German, references the incredibly close passes in several places when the sculpture is in motion. Watch the video below for more.
